One of the most exciting things about Chapel Hill real estate is the incredible number of options for the home buyer.   We have luxury homes in neighborhoods like The Oaks, Chesley, Cross Creek and Silver Creek.  There are great homes for families in neighborhoods like Kent Woodlands, Lake Hogan Farms and Larkspur.  There are town homes in Southern Village and Meadowmont — along with beautiful homes, condos and the shops and restaurants.    Oh, and, if you are a golfer - don’t forget Governors Club, our beautiful gated, golf course community.

These options make Chapel Hill the ideal place for relocation — but you need an experienced realtor to show you all the options.  Call Reg Morgan - a Chapel Hill realtor with over 20 years experience.

Chapel Hill Golf Courses

Monday, July 24th, 2006

It may be hot out there, but t’s never too hot for golf!

I’ll be out on the links tomorrow with a favorite client.    He recently sold his home in Downing Creek, but we’ll get in one more round at Finley before he leaves!  There are some great golf course communities in North Carolina — Governors Club, Brier Creek and Treyburn are just some that have beautiful courses and luxury homes.

As a Chapel Hill realtor, I know there are many reasons to buy a home — and good golf courses can be one of them!

Golf in Chapel Hill

Friday, May 19th, 2006

What a gorgeous day in Chapel Hill!   With a Carolina blue sky, it’s a day for playing golf — and there are so many golf courses in North Carolina to choose from.   Today I’ll be playing with my client Jim at Finley Golf Course — part of the great facilities of UNC - Chapel Hill.   I sold Jim’s house in Downing Creek recently.   Downing Creek is a great Chapel Hill Neighborhood.    Check out what my other clients have said about working with Reg Morgan, the Chapel Hill Real Estate Expert, on my website.

You may be thinking of a golf course community — Governors Club, Treyburn or maybe Brier Creek in Wake County.   Call or email me to discuss how to put yourself on the Golf Course in Carolina!  Let’s play soon!

Relocating to Chapel Hill

Thursday, May 18th, 2006

Since my wife Laura and I moved to Chapel Hill, many friends from our previous homes in New York and Connecticut contact us about making the move as well.   Relocating to Chapel Hill was the best thing we ever did.    The quality of life here in the Triangle is amongst the best in the nation.  The schools, recreation and of course, that Carolina Blue weather — what a great place to raise our kids.    If you are thinking of a move, call me.  As a certified relocation specialist, I know how important it is to do this right.  It’s not too soon to begin the process - even if your move is months, or even years away.

Our good friends, Donna and Mike came down to look around last Summer.  They loved the spacious homes in Lake Hogan Farms, Governors Club and Silver Creek.    If you are relocating, you will be amazed at the fantastic luxury home market here in Chapel Hill.  Â
