Relocating to Chapel Hill
Monday, November 19th, 2007It is just about this time of year that folks in the Northeast start thinking about relocating to a warmer part of the country. And I say, great idea!! I moved to Chapel Hill 15 years ago and it’s the best thing I ever did. Moving from Fairfield County, Connecticut was hard to consider at first, but now I can’t imagine going through another Connecticut winter.
You might be concerned that you’ll miss seeing the ’seasons’. Let me tell you - Carolina looks like Vermont this Fall. It is our best fall foliage ever. And we always get at least one snow storm so that the kids can sleigh ride and build a snowman. We just don’t have to wrestle it more then once or twice a year!
Call me, Reg Morgan if you are considering a move to Chapel Hill. Or perhaps you have a son or daughter who is working in Chapel Hill or going to attend Carolina? An investment property might be a good option to explore.
