Luckily, the news is not as grim here in the Triangle. Because of our strong economic engines: UNC, Duke and RTP, we can weather much of the storm that has enveloped the nation. However, we still are faced with increasing inventory and a competitive market where homes that are not well priced, well presented or well maintained will not sell.
