Never has the adage “Buyer beware” been more pertinent. Traipsing around looking for a “deal.” This is dangerous. I was working with a well heeled couple and showed them several houses. They weren’t ready to make a commitment to an agent. They ended up buying new construction in a subdivision that is having trouble. Who did they end up trusting? The onsite agent. Oops. She told them what they wanted to hear.
