Looking at Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Durham?

I’m amazed at how resilient our local real estate market has been.  Considering the severe problems in so many areas of our nation, I can’t believe how lucky we are.  Yes, things take more time to sell and we are not quite getting the prices we may have reached a few years ago.   But things are starting to bounce back.  The buyers are coming around - the houses are coming on the market.  And they look great.  Check out my blog in the coming weeks for a number of new properties I’ll be selling.

Take a look at the listings for the town or neighborhood you are interested in right here.  I have all the listings and whether you are thinking of buying or selling a home in Chapel Hill, Carrboro or Durham, now is the time to talk!

Call Reg Morgan to discuss your place in our Triangle real estate market.  And, hey, don’t forget to fan me at Chapel Hill Real Estate Search on Facebook.

Here’s some good news for folks who want to get that tax credit — and you still can get under the wire!  I have a fabulous property coming on in Woodcroft - a wonderful area of Southwest Durham.  Convenient for folks who cheer for Heels or Devils!  Four bedrooms, three baths, and with 1,841 square feet of living space, very spacious.   The cathedral ceilings in the main living area, as well as the lovely garden and deck will win you over.

Call or email Reg Morgan for earlybird info on this wonderful home!
