This is a great time to buy, rates are at historic lows.  The lowest since 1956 and this can’t last.  Looking over the numbers you can get under 4%, making a home a great investment.  There is a lot of inventory out there right now and sellers are looking to…SELL!  Let’s get out there.

Good news for a football program that needs some light right about now.  With all the talk about the NCAA inquiry, it’s time for some good news on how the team looks for this year.  And the news is good!  The Heels are ranked at number 18 in the AP poll - their highest in more then a decade.   LSU, the first opponent scheduled to play Carolina on Saturday, September 4th in the Georgia Dome is ranked 21st.  That could be a big win - but alot depends on what we hear from the NCAA in the coming days, weeks and even months.Waiting on this investigation requires alot of patience — sort of like selling a house in this market!It’s hard to have patience when our housing market is sloowww…so I try to work around the market.  Using different and innovative strategies, tweak the house, renovate the kitchen, open houses, internet, inspiration - PERSPIRATION!  Whatever it takes - and it does work.  Houses are still selling and buyers are still out there!  And this year the Heels are good!  Good news from your Chapel Hill realtor - Reg Morgan.Call me to come take a look around some of our great Chapel Hill neighborhoods.

Prudential has a great app you can download - just click on it and it will tell you what homes are for sale in the area you are standing in right now.
